Hi! I’m Dr. Marsha Novick and Medical Director of Weight Management & Wellness Online. I am a national expert in the field of Obesity Medicine and am board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine. I have over 20 years of experience and have treated thousands of adults and children with weight problems.

I spent 16 years caring for patients at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center (12 of those years as the Medical Director of their Healthy Weight Program for Children and Teens) and started my private practice in 2022. To this day, I am passionate about keeping my patients healthy through a method that I have developed, which has positively impacted hundreds, if not thousands, of my adult and pediatric patients.

It is my privilege to use this scientific and unique approach to offer my patients personalized care. Using a concierge model allows me to focus on YOU and enables me to provide the level of attention to develop a customized plan according to your personal needs and partner with you for long-term health and well-being. My greatest strength is being able to listen carefully to my patients to better diagnose and individualize treatment.

I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and have 3 college-aged children. I enjoy reading, aerobics, listening to music, watching sports, travel, and anything Harry Potter.
